She seemed to take my health seriously and was prompt about following up. I do wish the comments in the system reflected a little more what we talked about in our session but I greatly appreciate her insights.

She is not only thorough and detailed... she does an exceedingly superior job of communicating nuance to the patient. Peer-reviewed research shows that alone increases compliance which in turn improves outcomes. I have a complex medical history and she didn't miss a beat on my first appointment with her. While she is relatively young and comes from a modest medical school, I am highly confident she is already one of your best internists. Don't lose her please. I have already referred one of my relatives to her.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Bir listened, empathized and asked follow up questions to ensure she was clear around my symptoms and then ordered the necessary tests. I already had an endocrinologist appointment scheduled a few weeks out, she could have easily told me to ‘tell them’ or ‘wait for that appointment’. Instead she ordered tests to establish a baseline so my next appointment would be able to be more focused on further diagnostics and planning. Very grateful!

5.0 star star star star starShe was very nice and she listened to the things I was concerned about. She offered advice and when I said I wanted to try to exercise before going to a physical therapist, she listened and agreed and recommended imaging to see if there would be anything to worry about.
