Dr. Bir is truly amazing. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel comfortable and heard. She took the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed, and her kindness and warmth were so reassuring. Beyond that, her expertise was clear in the way she explained everything, making sure I understood my options and felt confident in my care. I left my appointment feeling cared for, valued, and truly grateful to have her as my doctor.
