Krista was very compassionate, a great listener, very patient, and willing to answer my questions. In addition, Krista told me that if I had any further questions that I could call her because she would be working at the Immediate Care Center until 8:00 p.m. Her offer to speak to me by phone later that day truly demonstrates that she is a very caring/ compassionate medical APRN.

As an x-RN, I am particular!! I thought she was top notch. Thorough in her questions, actually listened and assimilated what I was telling her with what she observed. She was knowledgeable, thought beyond the usual, typical and was delightful in her demeanor. Truly caring as well as knowledgeable and and efficient.
