Doctor Krista Puckett I have had taken care of me for my shingles and now my UTI and she was very professional kind and calming and very knowledgeable I was in very good hands I felt. She also has a great bedside manner which is very important to me she speaks the language I can understand.

My care was excellent and expedient. I came in with symptoms of concussion and she was able to care for me in a way that was not overwhelming or overstimulating. She explained things well and gave me clear follow-up instructions, including referrals to physical therapy, which felt reassuring.

Her approach while taking quality time in a caring manner and also explaining all issues enabled me to focus on recovery. Krista was one of the best staff I have ever seen. She was so kind, empathetic, cared and showed concern for my symptoms, actually reviewed my chart before coming in the room.
