I want to share how genuinely seen and heard I felt during my appointment with Briana. I came in feeling vulnerable and emotional after struggling for a long time to feel heard by other practitioners about my pain. Rather than brushing that aside, she handled my vulnerability with such care and respect. She took the time to truly listen, validated what I've been experiencing, and made me feel like my concerns mattered. That level of compassion and attentiveness made a meaningful difference for me and restored some trust in the care process.
