5.0 star star star star starAubrey is very knowledgeable. She has treated my issues and has given me exercises to do at home to keep my symptoms from becoming worse. Aubrey listens to how I am progressing and then she gives me new stretches and exercises.

5.0 star star star star starShe is great. She is very knowledgeable and is very easy to work with. I have only had two sessions but I feel like she knows exactly what I need to increase strength in my pelvic area. So far the exercises are challenging!
