5.0 star star star star starDr.Sala and his team is very thorough in knowledge and was very open to all my questions and patiently responded. A thorough analysis of my other health conditions is also discussed and they are working on the best care. I feel confident that I'm in the best hands with Dr.Sala.

5.0 star star star star starHyper competent, sharp, compassionate, realistic doctor capable of listening who then applies what he heard to follow up in ways that are most likely to benefit his patients. It's been a long time since I felt seen, heard, and collaborated with by a medical professional in a way that will increase my overall health and wellness instead of solely appease a doctor's ego or dogmatic obsession with stats. Grateful to have support from this doc.

5.0 star star star star starHe listens and advises me in ways that feel collaborative and respectful. He's open to hearing any thoughts I have about my care. During today's visit I was also really impressed with his apprentice. They thanked me for allowing them to observe. Then they observed. I've had bad experiences in the past with students observing. I appreciated the respect the apprentice brought to my appointment.

5.0 star star star star starHis level of care was excellent. I scheduled the appt with him to get his expert opinion from differing results I recieve from two cat scans. He listened to what I was telling him about my health and didn't make me feel bad when I couldn't give a specific time frame from.when symptoms began.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
