Dr. Chen is thorough and kind. He spends sufficient and detailed time examining my skin. I can tell he is passionate about his work/job and he cares for his patients. Even though my experience was less than ideal, I will never stop coming to see Dr. Chen. I just think NM has to do a better job about giving these doctor's enough time to spend with their patient's to avoid such a backlog of patients.
