5.0 star star star star starI sincerely liked her medical methods in my health issues. Very nice person and explained things well to me. Plus she is part of Dr. [ ]'s Medical Staff Team. So if I cannot schedule with Dr. [ ] then I can call to see if she would have an opening.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderThis was first visit. She used a lot of acronyms which as lay person I had to ask for meaning or guess. Many in other industries do this and don't realize the challenge for the customer/patient who is not in the specialty on a daily basis.

4.0 star star star star star_borderI had a 10:40am appointment and there was no call and I had to send a message through MyChart to tell the PA that I was ready. The call came around 11:15am and I was told that I would receive a call and/or link to the appointment and I did not. It was a telephone call for ten to twelve minutes at the most.

5.0 star star star star starNurse Chokshi spent my time with her in my most recent visit, as she did several months ago, spending time with me to explain my current issue and what the results of the test may mean for the type of antibiotic i may require. She is a good listener and I gained an understanding about the medical issue that i hadn't known before. I left the office feeling very well cared for and more knowledgeable!

5.0 star star star star starShe thoroughly asked questions. She repeated my reply to confirm understanding and to attain more clarity. She researched a rare condition I have and ordered some additional tests based on my symptoms.

5.0 star star star star starShe is an excellent practitioner. She listened and DIALOGUED WITH ME. All was clear and precise. Even though I presented an additional, new concern, I left feeling that I had been seen and treated and advised for all. I had been understood. I left with a clear plan to move forward toward resolution. There was another practitioner who saw me first. I do not recall her name, but she was excellent as well.

5.0 star star star star starMy first contact and all of you our staff were patient with me and I felt heard. This is important, because I'm a minority female that have been ignored or been dismissed at other major hospital network. I like to be proactive with my medical team or clinic and I felt my opinion and my way of approaching my health at age 60 means a collaboration medical staff because I know myself well and want a medical team that address my proactive style. My overall experience with the medical clinic at Northwestern Nedical Clinic has been excellent at every level, from the front office, nurse, doctor , and all support staff. Thanks

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies.
