My visit with Bonnie was only for a blood pressure check to follow up on a new prescription, but because of the time she gave me, it felt like a mini wellness check. We discussed what time of day to take the medicine. And we decided that because my current blood readings were good, a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule would work for taking my own blood pressure on a regular basis.
