5.0 star star star star starVery helpful and interactive zoom. I felt I got all my questions answered. She doesn't just educate about nutrition she tailors it around foods you like and gives additional suggestions on food to try or incorporate. Many I'd never even heard of. Can't wait to add her suggestions into my daily meals.

5.0 star star star star starVery professional, took a different way on how I can manage my weight gain - so instead of just telling me to not eat this or that, she suggested that I slowly reduce portions of food i like, substituting food that is good for my body, until i get used to the food that is good for my body. she's direct to the point but still giving me opportunities to express myself. our communication is good - interesting since i was not really wanting to keep this appointment, i felt it's useless, since i am not a disciplined person when it comes to food, but her approach made me want to try her suggestions. Also , she's contagiously a positive person!

5.0 star star star star starVery nice, thoroughly knowledgeable, and really good at explaining things. From my visit with her, I learned many things about diets, and left with a sense of direction I've been able to follow successfully. I think her approach is sort of like a math teacher (which is what I am) in that (A) You know your student is going to need time, and experience, to really learn the material, and (B) Students who want to learn will come back with questions, and will gradually become good at what they're trying to do.

5.0 star star star star starDiane is knowledgeable and supportive. She provided me with various resources to include documents and websites. She made sure I understood her presentation, encouraged me to ask questions, and provided answers. Diane even had physical examples of healthy food, explained its nutritional value, and told me where I can find it.

5.0 star star star star starDiane Coli has helped me understand nutrition in a way I never have before, and I'm a retired advanced practice nurse. I have been on many diet programs over the years, and no one ever explained choosing and layering different foods to avoid peaks and valleys in blood sugar before. Her online classes are excellent and reinforce these concepts about the importance of protein and fiber. She is practical, non-judgmental, and gives great examples of ways to make better choices on a daily basis. She's a rock star!
