She was very concerned with addressing my ailments and discomfort. She went the extra mile to make me comfortable, which was huge, considering I went to U of C ER earlier that morning and left disappointed and still feeling like crap. She immediately addressed my breathing issue and made sure to look up my pulmonologist and NW to send him a note about my treatment.
