dr. akhter may be one of the few cardiologists who specializes in cancer patients taking immunotherapy and/or targeted therapy who develop cardiac problems during the course of treatment. i am grateful for the fact that i now have a dedicated cardiologist who will actually be able to help me continue on my [RX] for as long as possible.
