5.0 star star star star starRobyn truly knows how to help young kids feel comfortable! She was able to get my toddler to do some things that others hadn't been able to previously (like looking in her eyes and putting an oxygen reader on her toe). She was very calm and very gentle the entire time. It makes SUCH a difference when somebody really knows how to meet children where they're at in a clinical setting like this. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starRobyn listened to what I told her and was thorough in checking into every aspect of my problem before she gave me her diagnosis. She not only addressed my issue, but also went further and discussed possible outcomes that I might encounter in the near future and what options I would have available depending on those outcomes. I found her to be highly competent and professional in a way that gave me confidence in her diagnosis and solution to my problem.

5.0 star star star star starShe was patient, caring, and thorough during her examination. She acted quickly, clearly explained my next steps, and ensured all of my information was entered into the system before I arrived at the ER, which made the transition seamless.

5.0 star star star star starShe listened, she really cared and gave great advice- she sent me to the Er at Huntley where I am now. Where the nurse dismissed everything Robyn said and now I am worried and doubtful about the care I will receive. Robyn recommended a cat scan and a he just shook his , head no! " we'lll just give you antibiotics thats all! Meanwhile my throat may close because he has a low opinion of immediate care. I went from feeling like I was in good hands with Robyn and now I am worried.

5.0 star star star star starMy PA Robyn made my day!!! She was the kindest person and helped me feel super comfortable and confident in the care I was getting. So important when you're away from home for the first time. She gave me the same level of attention my mom would've and turned a bogged down sick day into a happy one.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
