She was the key player in my losing weight for surgery and beyond. She is a good listener and good at coming up with suggestions, alternatives, and so on. She also looks at the "whole" person, not just pounds. She showed great empathy and concern when I lost my husband two and half years ago. I am very disappointed that last Thursday was my final appointment with her, due to changes in the office.
