Laura presents herself very well as a knowledgeable professional with excellent communication skills. She was exacting explaining my forefinger x-ray findings and building a high trust level in her diagnosis. I was relieved with her findings. She recommended we ask Dr. [full name] for her medical diagnosis and recommendation. She extended herself to ask Dr. [last name] if I could fit into her patient schedule.
