5.0 star star star star starThe follow up visits with Alicia have been very good. She told me about everything that could possibly come up as my rehab progresses & to make sure I continue with my exercises at home even after therapy is done. She's been very helpful.

5.0 star star star star starAlicia Lew was very professional & she said she was in the room the day of the surgery. So She saw the whole surgery. I had a lot of questions for her today & was given answers to all of them in detail. She also recommended a few things for me to do during my recovery/therapy time. I will be back to see her next month.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent example of a PA-C. I went to a PA program the first class at Cook County Hospital with one year left to complete, but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to stop (1988). I am a retired Cath Angio Tech. With all that I stated above, I am extremely familiar of medical teams departments and top rated Medical Centers.

5.0 star star star star starTruly a perfect example of what a PA is. FYI, I went to the PA program in the first class ever at "Cook County Hospital" 1988 but was unable to complete it. Also I am a retired Cath Angio Tech of 30 (+) years. I can recognize excellent healthcare.

5.0 star star star star starAlicia Lew's knowledge was outstanding. Her concern for me as her patient can't say enough about. Not only did Alicia care about my total knee replacement she cared about my mental health as well. As my Dad would say Alicia is top knock.

5.0 star star star star starAlicia Lew is a superb professional. When I think of her I run out of adjectives to describe just how much she is patient centered. She is very thorough and provided important information about my status and what I can expect in the weeks and months to come. She is also extremely encouraging, which is especially important to someone attempting to do all the right things after knee surgery. And she leaves no issue uncovered. I could not have hoped for a better physician assistant than she. On this visit kudos to the. X-ray technician.

5.0 star star star star starMs. Lew is very competent. She reacted to to difficulties I experienced in the clinic even though it was not the reason I was there and managed to have me sent to the Emergency Department for care. She also followed up on an issue I had in getting a prescription filled by my pharmacy.

5.0 star star star star starShe removed the bandage, told me how to further my healing and had me walk. She told me based on my progress, I did not have to have physical therapy but should do the exercises prior to surgery, and the additional ones from the home health physical therapist.
