Takes the time to listen to your symptoms and concerns. Does a fantastic job of explaining what she is doing, what labs/test she is ordering and why. I had a very negative experience with Dr. Tsay. Before even examining me or asking me why I was there, she told me that it was highly unlikely that a person my age would have any heart conditions. She continued to mention my age after every symptom I listed, implying that just because I looked healthy and was young that there was nothing wrong with me. I had explained to her many times that I was just here because my doctor referred me to a cardiologist to get tested for POTS and that I was aware that POTS is not a heart condition, but she continued to tell me that POTS is not a heart condition even though I made it very clear I was aware of that. It seemed like she made a bias about me because of my age and the way that I looked. She made me feel like I was stupid for being there and that I was uninformed. It wasnâ€™t until I proved that I had knowledge of this condition that she stopped the condescending comments. I was extremely upset after the appointment and very unhappy with my experience.
