Dr. Tsay has a great way of explaining medical issues so that you can understand very easily, I actually had an appt recently, and she drew everything out for me than explained what my condition was doing to me Dr. Tsay takes her time , answers questions extremely patiently has a very wonderful sweet personality. I'm extremely happy to have her as my cardiologist!
