Doctor Hac, listened my concerns to assess my vertigo condition. He order a MRI to to discard tumors and tool the time to explain symptoms and treatment. He also accommodated my follow up appointment after my recent vertigo episode to an earlier date which I appreciate.

Dr. Hac is an excellent physician. First, he asked for my story of my troublesome affliction. He really listened. I feel like we worked together as a team, patient and physician, to come closer to an accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan that really suits my wants and needs. I've recommended Dr Hac to my own vestibular physical therapist who also experiences medical issues as mine that Dr Hac is helping treat me at the current time. She has a scheduled appointment and is also currently on his waiting list to be seen sooner in hopes there is a cancellation in his schedule.

Dr Hac is down to earth and provided excellent and thorough descriptions of what he was doing and how it would help him to diagnosis the symptoms I was experiencing. I appreciated how he reviewed my case prior to my arrival and easily recalled what was provided within it. He was patient and I felt heard with the concerns I had. Extremely professional, passionate, and knowledgeable expert! Grateful to have such incredible care and diagnosis after suffering with my symptoms for many months. Appreciated his hopefulness and honesty surrounding my conditions...I've been feeling really stuck and discouraged and speaking with him has allowed me to have a better perspective and hope for managing what's ahead. His wrap up/next steps and hand outs were clear and concise making it easier for me to refer back to and do the follow ups I need to continue on my road to recovery and healing.

Such an amazing and dedicated neurologist! Sincerely and truly focuses and gives you the attention every patient requires and deserves from a doctor. I have a vestibular physical therapist that is even trying to schedule an appointment with him to help with her own neurological disorders.

He listens and asks questions. He doesn't assume based on what he expects you to say. I sincerely felt like he wanted to help me. I believe he has patients with more serious cases than me, yet he gave me his complete attention and did not rush me. He knew my issues were debilitating to me and I wanted help. He explained what his thoughts were, why he prescribed the medications he prescribed, and what other lifestyle adaptations he would recommend. He was very thorough and descriptive. But, he was never condescending. He was compassionate. I would recommend him.

Dr Hac is one of the few physicians in the country who has an understanding of the vestibular condition I have, Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness, and has some ideas and suggestions about how to better manage it. He also follows research being done on the condition, so if new treatment options become available I know he'll be able to recommend them. After the treatment I've experienced from other providers, interacting with Dr Hac was reassuring and respectful.
