5.0 star star star star starKristen goes above and beyond to be sure that I am educated and have the proper resources for my specialized diet. I have Crohn's disease and have never been able to expand my diet like I have with Kristen. She makes suggestions on what to eat and listens to me and my fears of eating certain items due to blockages in the past. She gives 100% and teaches me strategies to incorporate foods I haven't been able to eat. I truly believe if I did not have Kristen to help me with navigating safe foods and how to introduce new foods, I would have had more Crohn's flares. I also would not have as successful of a recovery from surgery for my IBD. I have a 34 year history with IBD and have experience with other nutritionists but never has anyone been successful at helping me with foods to manage IBD symptoms and expand my diet like Kristen. She is there to support me every step of the way and is always open to messaging to ask about uncertainties. I am so blessed to have her on my care team and she gives me a sense of calm with food which is so important when you have IBD. Thank you, Kristen for everything. I am forever grateful!!

5.0 star star star star starKristin has a warm friendly approach right from the start that encourages honest dialogue. She is knowledgeable about the latest research and trends in GI health issues and was able to offer verbal advice as well as print materials to tailor a program for my individual concerns. I look forward to another session to follow up on her recommendations. She also opened the opportunity to ask questions which I plan to do. Very satisfied with this consult.

5.0 star star star star starI have been extremely impressed by Kristen Kimble's care. She is so detail-oriented, holistic, professional, warm, relateable, and ready to listen. I have been her client for about 2 years now and have learned so much about myself, my health, and how I can improve my quality of life through my diet. I really appreciate that she is specialized in celiac and is able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. It is hard to find providers who understand how complex celiac can be. I truly feel heard when I go to our appointments.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
