4.0 star star star star star_borderHe is friendly but not overly so. Just right for a Doctor. The only thing that I was not happy with is when he was using his tools inside my nose my sinuses drained and it caused a sore throat, I tried his fix and it worked, just wish I understood what the sore throats were caused by,

5.0 star star star star starI have long standing, complicated, and chronically treatment resistant OSA that I have had multiple surgeries in multiple states. Dr. is the finest physician and surgeon I have ever seen. Amazing doctor and amazing person.

5.0 star star star star starDr Awad and his assistant were tops. He certainly knew what he was doing, was very personable and understanding. He explained everything very nicely, laid out the alternatives realistically and was not judgmental. Gave me and my case all the time necessary and made me feel he understood and emphasized.

5.0 star star star star starI felt they did a good job working with me; evaluating me for my surgery options. They explained everything well. I only took a point off because I was being asked the same questions I had just answered thoroughly with the doctor's assistant by the doctor. Good service overall.

5.0 star star star star starThis gentleman definitely improved my whole breathing game and I know it's only been a few days since the surgery and I got the splints removed today but I feel great. It's wild cause I can actually smell what the world actually smells like. Do y'all know what it's like to not know what the world smells like for 14 years? It sucks. Anyways he did a great job. Definitely recommend.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
