She was so personable, intelligent, relatable, patient, and especially thorough! She answered every question I had, helped educate me, made sure I knew the risks/reasons why they do things, and walked me through the entire process of an exam. I'm glad I have her on my team! She's an excellent PA and NW should be happy to have her!

I was really nervous about my visit but Madeline J. Hillsman, PA-C made me feel validated and comfortable talking about my symptoms. She was so attentive to my concerns and made me feel like I was on the right track to figure out what is causing my symptoms and over all I felt her genuine compassion for me to be healthy and well. I am very thankful for her service.

Dr. Hillsman took her time to listen and ask me questions about myself and my medical issues. She was willing to listen to what I had to say and gave me so great advice in how to continue to take care of myself and to call or reach out to her with any concerns that I may have.
