5.0 star star star star starMatilda was absolutely wonderful with our son. She helped diagnose quickly and set up a breathing treatment which prevented an ER visit. She showed immense compassion and we are so thankful to have seen her that day!

5.0 star star star star starFront desk was very respectful and pleasant. The nurse who helped and Matilda were amazing. She took my complaint seriously and also sympathized with me for the reasons I have put off getting my complaint corrected. She prescribed exactly what I needed providing relief in about an hour after walking out of the facility.

5.0 star star star star starWe understand she had a more difficult patient ahead of us (we could hear the small child), but staffing issues shouldn't delay other patients. Otherwise she was very kind and expedited us once we poked our head out and inquired about the delay after an hour after check-in.

5.0 star star star star starShe is thorough, attentive, did not make me feel rushed, noticed something concerning in my charts and made sure to ask important questions about my follow-up care even though it was unrelated to this visit. She had excellent bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable.

5.0 star star star star starEven though my daughter had an interesting case, Matilda took on the challenge with a smile and her soft kind voice helped soothe my daughter ALOT! Matilda even stayed an hour and a half later to finish up with my daughter and made sure she was ok and explained everything she was doing to both me and my daughter.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
