5.0 star star star star starI had a literal expert in his field do my annual exam!!! He is a professor, a researcher, and a practitioner! Amazing! Great bedside manner too, and he took the time to give me extra recommendations.

5.0 star star star star starMy visit today was great! Dr. Shulman was friendly and patient. His nurse (my apologies for forgetting her first name) was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel at ease during a visit I anticipated to be fairly uncomfortable, Their kindness and patience were so greatly appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starHe didn't provide details of the report like the other doctor at previous visits. He was a nice person, but just said everthing was ok. Which is not bad I guess, but my experiences prior to him were much more thorough and detailed when discussing the results.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Schulman is by far my favorite physician at Northwestern. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, especially when it comes to the latest information on hormone replacement therapy. What truly sets him apart, though, is his ability to really listen and work collaboratively with patients to find the best solutions. His warm and lighthearted communication style immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel genuinely cared for.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
