Dr. Oswald greeted me warmly & then reviewed MyChart asking me questions & I also was able to pose questions of her. Her exam was comprehensive & reassuring. She explained the steps for doing a thorough self breast exam. We discussed recommendations for additional tests & lab work. I was provided a written visit summary before I left the office. Dr. O. had the nurse call me minutes after I got home to suggest another test recommended I have done.

She listens. She REALLY listens. And she has great gut instincts. I've been a patient of hers for over 20 years and I feel so lucky to have her as my primary care doctor. I wouldn't be ALIVE right now if it wasn't for her excellent instincts & referrals! She felt a small nodule on my thyroid over 10 years ago during my yearly physical and referred me to Dr. [name]. She didn't panic me or scare me, though. She was just being thorough, wanting an experienced ENT to take a look at a potential problem. Thank GOD for her! Dr. [name] kept an eye on this nodule like a hawk and within a year or two, he was concerned enough to recommend a TT. Guess what? Papillary Thyroid cancer was in its infancy in my thyroid! Now, thanks to Dr. Oswald and her excellent instincts, I have a great life! She's been equally thorough about every medical issue I've ever had, big or small. I've had a horrible back problem come out of nowhere in 2016 or so. She tried so hard to get it resolved! Great recommendations, PT etc. I could tell she took it very personally, WANTING a solution for me. (Back stuff is mysterious, boy oh boy!) She really cares about her patients, wanting the best for them. She really goes the extra mile with a smile! I can't say enough good things about her!

She came highly recommended by a friend, and the first time we met she was very welcoming and expressed an interest in me, asking conversational questions about spouse and kids, etc., before beginning the medical part of the appointment. She was thorough and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed, which is a nice change these days.
