Very professional, listened to my concerns, responded to questions, mapped out a plan of action and what to do if I needed more help. Recommended that I go to Immediate care to have them check to see if my ears were causing part of the problem and if I still had a sinus infection. Recommended seeing my primary care provider if the meds she suggested, were working and Very thorough.

NM intermediate care was available on a day (Sunday) that I was attempting to manage horrific symptoms. The provider worked me in early completed her assessment so I could start meds that same day. this shortened the course awful symptoms and joint pain. Took covid test same day and has positive result same day.

It is clear that Dr. Doyle is patient centered. She provided me with incredibly great care. She listened to my problem, asked me questions and diagnosed the illness quickly. She left me with a solid plan and told me where I could find back up information. She double checked the pharmacy with me. I usually prefer a male doctor. However through virtual appointments I got Tatiana Claudia Doyle, MD. She was amazingly kind, knowledgeable and really addressed all of my concerns. She prescribed some medication and made me feel better before I even picked up my medications. I looked her up to see if she was close by but she was not. She is a really wonderful doctor and human being!
