5.0 star star star star starDr Briker took over as my primary card physician upon Dr David Nealy's retirement. I have been working with Dr Briker for a bit over a year now. Dr Briker is definitely interested in my geriatric care as well as other current issues. I am very confident with the care that I receive from Dr Briker.

5.0 star star star star starI have been working with Dr Briker as my primary care physician for a little over a year. Her attention to detail and her care for her patients has impressed me. This visit was follow-up for a recent incident and subsequent overnight stay in the cardio unit. Dr Briker was working with me trying t determine the causes(s) of my issue.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Anna Leah Briker is exceptional! I have received care at excellent institutions like the Mayo Clinic through the years. Dr. Briker's depth of knowledge, investment in reviewing all aspects of care, test results and ways to move forward far exceed the norm for primary care doctors. She listens, considers possible causes and recommends ways to go forward and get me on better paths for a great qualiy of life. I have deeply appreciated her investment in time with me! Truly, the best of the best! I'm very grateful.

5.0 star star star star starAs I mentioned above the quality of her care, concern, bedside manner and follow through is rare. She is respectful, professional, but also takes a personal interest in me as a patient. I feel that we work as a team together to find the best solution to certain issues that are in alignment with what I'm comfortable with as well as what would be the wisest choice from a medical perspective.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
