5.0 star star star star starShe was quick, yet thorough. Also provided her number to call if my prescription was overly costly and she’d fine another more affordable script, which she did. I truly appreciated her thoughtfulness

5.0 star star star star starRachel Madura is nothing short of efficient, caring, and kindhearted. The help she provided me was straightforward and collaborative as she involved me in my after visit plan. If I could recommend the NM ICCs for one reason, it would be to receive care from Rachel.

5.0 star star star star starRachel was extremely efficient but wasn't rushing me, and she walked me through exactly what she was thinking without making me feel like I didn't understand. She helped calm my nerves and heard out my theories about what I thought might be happening.

5.0 star star star star starMy overall score was an 10 because no later than 10 minutes after me checking in Rachael called me to discuss my injury and to see if an X-ray was needed or not; very efficient. Rachael was informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly nice. She made me feel welcomed once we greeted each other. The entire visit and the energy Rachael shown I could tell she enjoys doing her job, and she does it well. Thank you Rachel

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
