5.0 star star star star starMilena Jones is incredibly insightful and truly a wealth of knowledge. She demonstrated genuine concern and provided exceptional care throughout my experience. She went above and beyond in her care delivery. Her ability to listen with compassion, thoughtfully correlate my assessment with evidence-based practice, and formulate an impressive, comprehensive plan was remarkable. She was extremely thorough and addressed my concerns with great attention to detail. I recognize that this level of care is not standard everywhere, and I truly received top-tier, high-quality care. I completely trust her and am so grateful to have her in my corner. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as my provider.

5.0 star star star star starMilena Jones is amazing. She balances caring for the patient and professionalism with skill. I feel that my needs and concerns are addressed and she actually pays attention to what I am saying. Too often in the medical field..you can see providers eyes glaze over and you know you no longer have their attention. Melina never does this. She makes sure that I am getting great care. Due to a childhood surgery that saved my life. ( Harrington rods for scoliosis at age 13 ) I was amongst the first dozen or so to get the surgery without a suspension bed. I will have lifelong pain issues. Melina encourages me to continue with yoga, stretching and make my muscles stronger to help me function as normally as possible. And she balances that with the medication to ensure my life is as fulfilling as possible. I highly recommend her and the staff there at the Sycamore offices.

5.0 star star star star starMilena is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic and listens to my concerns. She has listened to my recounting of the massively invasive surgery I had and how the repercussions of that malady still have an affect today. She makes sure you understand your treatment and all of the guidelines without sounding preachy or condescending. To often male physicians or clinicians dismiss womens pain, I would recommend her to anyone I know.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
