Nicole was excellent!!! She informed me of everything that would be happening to me and she informed me of the wait time for the chest x ray that I took. She was kind when she gave my results too. The nurse wasn't as friendly however. In these days I don't know if racism plays a role in the treatment people are receiving wherever they go in life. I guess when she gave me a gown she automatically assumed that I should have known I was going to be taking the x ray versus her simply just saying so. My advance degree is in education. Not nursing! She needs professional training on patient care.
