5.0 star star star star starPA, James Yanke was very detailed and took the time to answer questions- he went the extra mile to call and update on prescription and insurance, along with several alternative cheaper options. My daughter was at ease with him. So kind!

5.0 star star star star starWas very caring, kind, and wanted to help. Listened and provided good explanation of lab results. Prescribed needed antibotic. Asked if I had any other questions before he left. Longer term lab culture results supported his conclusion - and choice of antibotic. Well done!

5.0 star star star star starHe truly cares about his patients. James even told me what benefits my insurance offers that I may not be aware of. Most physicians have no clue about some of the prescriptions being covered or anything about insurances. He went the extra mile to look that up. He made sure my son was comfortable coming there with the flu & just feeling terrible all around. I can't get that kind of compassion at the location closest to me. A test was done & a quick solution was found.

5.0 star star star star starThe Dr. still listened to my concerns even though I was having a rough day and night. The prednisone came later than I was hoping but it was due to my anxiety level about the fall and just so many things on my mind in regards to the world as a whole not to mention personal life.

5.0 star star star star starI came in with a delicate situation, but neither of us made it weird. The doctor was compassionate and thorough with my very recent, complicated medical issues and took the time to sort a couple of things out.

5.0 star star star star starWhat an incredible PA! An absolute delight to speak with. He is actively listening and engaging in the conversation with you when you're describing what's going on. Honestly, one of the best physician interactions I've had in a very long time.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
