5.0 star star star star starDr. Freed is amazing! He is very knowledgeable in his field. He’s always prepared meaning he knows exactly what’s going on with you as a patient before he enters the exam room.During an Office visit on exam he discovered a issue I had, it was taken care of right away. He includes you in your medical care. The appointments are never rushed and he’s very thorough. He makes sure all your questions are answered and you have an understanding of what’s going on and he leaves you with a solid game plan.Dr Freed is very pleasant and has a wonderful disposition!

5.0 star star star star starHad a positive experience, Dr. Freed thoroughly listened to my concerns and seemed knowledgeable. I didn't give full rating because I only had one visit and I don't have much experience with services from Northwestern Cardiology yet. While we spent time discussing my recent diagnosis of Atrial Fibrillation, I left realizing that I forgot to ask what to do about my high blood pressure (also new for me).

5.0 star star star star starDr Freed did his homework. This was my first appt with him although I had been with my husband for an appt. He remembered me and inquired about my husbands health. As with my husband he read my information ahead of time and I felt he already knew me. I was impressed with his knowledge demeanor and his “bed side” manner. He completely put me at ease and answered all my questions and concerns.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
