She is very knowledgeable. Explained the do's and the dont's of different kinds of foods and veggies, food safety. Explained why no green tea, Gorgonzola & blue cheese, mentioned few of protein foods and protein shakes that are good for me to take. She was easy to talk to, answered all our questions, my husband's & daughter's. I will definitely recommend her, very pleasant to talk to.
