Amazing Dr with fantastic bedside manners. There is a lot of ego in that division. Not her. As my first screen, she explained the procedure and made me feel very comfortable.

Although she didn't hold my hand, she treated me with so much empathy as she explained my colonoscopy step by step. I was especially impressed that she took the time to explain the blood issues because I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

I have had Dr. Ferreira before, and she was as lovely and gracious. She explained the procedure and made me feel very comfortable, and is very kind, patient and understanding. She is the BEST and I hope she never retires!! :)
