5.0 star star star star starUnfortunately I've had a couple bad very bad pain doctors in northwestern but this particular one like I said just met him once and we went through everything and he's very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain everything and I appreciate that and he knows what direction we're going in

5.0 star star star star starI had gone to Dr. Sekhadia previously, and I had to stop for a few years because I had an HMO and was unable to continue with him when he moved over to Northwestern. I am now on Medicare PPO so I was excited to be able to comeback to Dr. Sekhadia.

5.0 star star star star starFrom the first meeting, I felt confident. He got right to the point telling me what his choice was for relieving my pain. I asked lots of questions since I'd never heard of the spinal cord stimulator. He put me completely at ease as I processed all this new information.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
