5.0 star star star star starHe and his tech that came in for vitals were outstanding!!! The front desk and reception needs serious training to match the excellent care and personalities once you are with the doctors and med techs

5.0 star star star star starProfessional and empathetic demeanor. He used a series of diagnostic tools that increased my confidence in his conclusions. He gave me a referral while I was in the clinic. He didn’t unduly cause concern but was aggressive in pursuing a diagnosis.

5.0 star star star star starI explained what I was feeling and he examined me. He informed me of what he seen and how is should be functioning which I appreciated. He even drew me a visual which was more perfect because I'm a visual person so it clicked as to why I was feeling the way I was. He was thorough and still quick was also a plus because I was not feeling so hot and barely made it there in the first place, so greatly appreciated.

5.0 star star star star starI only spoke over the phone with him but I greatly appreciated his proactive approach to my concerns, rather than addressing one thing per visit like it is the case if I go to a Doctor appointment in the hospital. I had all the tests needed at once which saved me time and let me know what I was dealing with in a shorter time.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Gustas was extremely kind and explained the tests he was doing and his thought process throughout the entire appointment. I have anxiety at doctor's appointments and this helped me immensely. I can tell he genuinely cared about my health.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
