5.0 star star star star starI'm not good at these so I'm just going to say the energy I get from that man when I've encountered him has made me believe he cares about what's going on what's healthy what's good for me how I can prolong my life I can't say that for all the doctors I've encountered throughout my life but he's a good one I also felt like once I left I had a better understanding of what was happening to me it was a good guy and the good doctor

5.0 star star star star starMy experience at NM Orthopaedic Surgery with Micheal D. Wank, PA-C and team was easy from start to finish. The visit was efficient, professional, and patient focused. Dr. Wank took the time to listen, clearly explain his diagnosis and next steps, and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the appointment.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Wank and his staff turned what I expected to be just another cortisone shot visit for my hip into a smooth, supportive, informative, and impressive experience. From check-in to procedure, the team showed professionalism, genuine care, and the kind of efficiency that makes you wonder why every doctor's office can't operate this way. The injection itself was nearly painless, but the real difference was the staff's consistent encouragement for progress and attention to the details of my issue. They deserve serious praise because I feel this is the gold standard for patient care.

5.0 star star star star starI personally like his 'bedside manner'. He seems to care what my body has endured since the last time he saw me. He remembers how my family means so much to me and asks about them. Yeah, I like him and have recommended him to many others.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
