She thoroughly explained the scans in a way I was able to easily understand. She also followed up quickly ounce she received the scans and I was able to make an appointment for the cortezon shot the same day.

Amy was very thorough and went over my right schoulder and we discussed doing the left. Which is coming along for replacement after the right. A discussion on arthritis and aging! She was very knowledgeable!

She explained everything very clearly, showing me the pictures of my procedure, and asked if I had any questions. I was surprised that she didnâ€™t look at my shoulder after the nurse removed my wrapping. I didnâ€™t even realize that till I was in my way home.
