At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
I highly look up to Dr. Huang and appreciate his excellent care that I received from him for last 3years. He is a great physician with so much knowledge and integrity. I wish I can find a doctor like him in where I am moving to.
IF the subject of who to see for endocrinology ever came up in normal conversation, I'd assign a 10. I just don't see that subject coming up. I probably wouldn't volunteer it. Having said that, I love my NM docs.
I have been seeing endocrinologist for nearly ten years and not one has been as thorough as Dr. Huang was. He took time to explain his plan of action and medication selection. I didn't feel rushed and felt he genuinely was concerned.
Dr Huang listens to me, and seems genuinely interested in my care. He explains treatments and options very clearly, and he and his team are very responsive. Even with these times of COVID and the fact that I am remote, the video call appointment today made me feel really good to have seen him and we had good discussion.
Dr. Huang spent a significant amount of time with my wife and I during our appointment, and he had obviously spent a significant amount of time researching my medical history. He listened and gave us encouragement that there are other options for treatment.
Doctor Huang is very thorough and continues to research appropriate treatment for my situation, although Medicare denied the procedure he recommended. He continues to pursue effective options. I suggest the patients be kept aware of situations instead of no communication for a week and being up in the air.
I think that he is highly knowledgeable and very concerned about my health and because he is so knowledgeable I feel that what he tells me is it's just 100% right and I I am more inclined to listen to his direction
He always offers more insight than his nurse well sometimes the information the nurse gives me is a little different than what the doctor gives me I feel confident that he is giving me the best information he is always looking to help me lower my blood sugar and he's willing to listen to me when I tell him I have a lot of allergic reactions to things
He explains everything clearly and thoughtfully and allows me a chance to ask questions. He listens to my concerns and responds to them. The attention and care he provides is very rare these days! I am grateful to have him as my provider
I think he's a very good doctor he looks at all of the things related to your body what other conditions you have and he's very proactive in using the best medicine and increasing that medicine to help reduce my blood sugars in addition I have never had a doctor as long as I've had diabetes past six years or so who are proactively wanted to use a continuous glucose monitor and didn't give me any slack about that or flack about that I just him and very pleased with his doctor exceptionally pleased
Dr. Huang is a excellent doctor. He is highly professional, very engaging, compassionate, great bedside manners and very patient with seniors. He listened attentively and made great recommendations. I am truly happy that he is one of my doctors at Northwestern.
Dr. Huang always talk to me in a respectable way. He always address me by my name. For me bedside manners is number one if you don't have bedside manners you don't have anything as far as I am concerned aa a patient.
I love how the doctors and nurses take time to explain to their patients the things they need to do before appointments. I also like how they speak and treat their patients with respect and kindness. Also my dr is awesome?üòä
