5.0 star star star star starDoc Colman is the best doctor I have ever encountered. His knowledge and experience are unmatched and his ability to make patients feel at ease is exceptional. His empathetic approach is something that sets him apart from any other doctor. He's just amazing human being and I am extremely grateful for everything he's done for me.

5.0 star star star star starWe're actually this is more like the answer from the first one cause everybody is so nice everybody even the people that come in there are so nice. Man a gentlemen spoke today as we were going up in the elevator and like I said before I know, Dr. Coleman he worked on my back now he's getting ready to work on my neck so I get it. He's just good and the medical place is just amazing. They're all very friendly and very helpful.

5.0 star star star star starDr Colman has done 3 back surgeries on me. He is a kind and caring individual who discusses all alternatives with me with surgery as a last resort. He is a wonderful individual whom I would not hesitate to recommend!

5.0 star star star star starHis personality is cheerful and he is so easy to talk to. Not a problem to get an appointment with and he was punctual! I saw him at Rush for two previous surgeries but he seems happier now at Northwestern!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Colman was very personable, professional, and compassionate. I could tell he really listened to what I had to say, and cared about how I was feeling. He explained all my treatment options clearly, and developing our plan felt collaborative, which was empowering. I was really concerned about my back, the idea of surgery, and that I might be in pain long term, but he reassured me that this was something we could fix. I can't describe how much that meant to me. I could tell I was in really good hands.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
