5.0 star star star star starShe called with his test results almost immediately and then asked if there was anyway we could stop back in for one more swab, which we did, and she called within 10 minutes with results. She was so personable and knowledgeable and friendly! Great experience with her

5.0 star star star star starVery caring & kind Approachable Answered my questions thoroughly Give me some exercises I can do at home that will help with knee strength and relieve the pain Helped me with a prescription that will make things better in the short term so I can go back to work I left with x-rays, and a referral to follow up with ortho This is hands-down. The best experience I have ever had at Bartlett convenient care if there was a way that I can make appointments for only her in the future. I certainly would. I felt very well taken care of by her and appreciated her time yesterday when I was in a lot of pain

5.0 star star star star starShe was caring and treated me like I was important. She spent the time to go over symptoms, explained her reasoning and ran tests to rule things out. She was personable and I felt like I had known her forever.

5.0 star star star star starI did not really want to go in to the bartlett immediate care center, but I needed to. I'd had some very bad experiences there over the years, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the pleasant person at the desk, the medical assistant, the kindest helpful X-ray tech who acknowledge my pain and was cautious in every way possible. I was offered a "hat" so it would be easier to obtain my urine sample, I can't even explain how helpful that was. They were all just so professional yet caring and kind. The wonderful Dr Gabriel showed a respectfulness, competence and a willingness to listen to all the pertinent details in order to make a proper diagnosis and give the right advice. I had not experienced that in years gone by so I was pleasantly surprised, grateful and appreciative, and I can only HOPE all those same people would be there for any friend, loved one or for myself in the future.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent bedside manner. Clear and concise explanations. Clear diagnosis and what to do if no improvement or deterioration. I did not feel hurried like one does many times in doctors visits now. Very good care extended. Thank you

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
