Pros: 1) Detailed approach to testing. Not rushed to finish ASAP. 2) Good communicator and explains results & next steps clearly. 3) Good bedside manners. Cons: 1) It is hard to find appointments. Calendar is pretty booked out months in advance.

She's excellent, professional, patient and proficient in explaining her findings. However she and her office need to figure out a way to work patients in, especially when they are within 15 minutes late. Because of the fact that there is this one and only office for a large population in the Aurora-Batavia-Geneva-St. Charles area and out West, people come from far and we're all humans. Do our best with providing care to our loved ones, along with the other demands of life.
