5.0 star star star star starNPs always listen first and actually digest what the patient is saying. From there, they use that information to help resolve the issue. That was, and always has been, my experience. I will always prefer seeing an NP over a doctor.

5.0 star star star star starFriendly knowledgeable staff. Erica was thorough patient & friendly with answering any questions . I've never been there before and I found it very comforting they're a few min from my home. Much better experience than immediately going to the emergency room at a hospital right of way.

I've gone to a lot of northwestern urgent care locations and she has been by far the most patient and kind physician I have met working for northwestern!
