5.0 star star star star starVery professional and helpful, I wasn't able to express my gratitude as much when I was there since I was in a lot of pain. I am very grateful for the healthcare I received and I am feeling better already, not just physically but also mentally. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starWhen Dr Blake was in the room with me, she was clearly focused on my care and not looking to rush through the process. She was thorough. Her kindness and empathy were clear in the office and in her follow-up phone call.

5.0 star star star star starMentioned above I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Blake, her receptionist Liliana C., and her MA (whose name I unfortunately forgot). The care they provided was truly the BEST! Traveling from the West Coast and working in a large healthcare system myself, I was blown away by how quick and attentive this team was. They made my son feel like he was the only patient there, even though the waiting room was full. From the moment we arrived, they recognized the urgency of the situation. The front desk staff immediately went to the back to inform the MA, who quickly asked Dr. Blake to see my son. Within minutes, he was on a breathing treatment and then off to x-ray. Their coordination and efficiency were remarkable. Liliana's professionalism, the MA's attentiveness, and Dr. Blake's compassionate care left a lasting impression on me. Though I don't plan on returning to Chicago anytime soon, I will always be grateful for the exceptional care they provided. The only slight downside was the x-ray technician, who was a bit rude. However, that one experience didn't overshadow the incredible care we received from Dr. Blake and her team. I am forever thankful for their promptness, empathy, and dedication. Highly recommend!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Blake is the kindest, caring, thorough, understanding... going above and beyond taking time to go over my symptoms and concerns. I left feeling so much better mentally having had such a great experience. It was a long day (s) for Dr. Blake and Staff, to have such a great attitude- smiles at the end of the day is an A++++. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starDr Blake asked good questions, genuinely listened to me, didn't rush, gave helpful advice, suggested an alternative pharmacy that was open later so I could fill my prescription this evening instead of tomorrow morning. If I ever needed immediate care again, I would happily seek care from Dr Blake.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
