Communication with pain management is awful. There is no phone communications. Only email and a different person answering EVERY time so no consistency and repeating everything to get questions answered. Have had very poor experience with communication where they won't give me information saying I'm not allowed the information. Not able to get response when need a response sooner than 24-48 hours. When patient in 98, and calling right before appointment to say may not be approved, does not work, and having to push back appointment, went through 86-8 phone calls day of appointment to get resolved.

On my initial visit, Dr Chang was very clear on explaining my condition and how he planned to help correct it. On subsequent visits, Dr Chang reexplained my condition before doing the procedure. On my latest visit, I had a problem and he had to delay the procedure for a few minutes so we could solve it...... Dr Chang was very reassuring that the delay would not be a problem
