Dr. Konen is always willing to listen to my questions and does so patiently, then provides answers I can understand. She's been very thorough in my annual exams and explains what she's about to do so there are no surprises. I also appreciate her recap at the end of the visit so that I am reminded of anything that requires follow-up on my part. I feel very well taken care of by her and am very glad her name was on the list of available physicians when I needed to locate one after deciding not to follow Dr. Savcic into the "concierge" option.
