Dr. Hephner is a caring and warm doctor. I don't care for going to see a doctor and her personality totally puts me at ease. That means a lot to me. I am in my 80's and she never talks down to me.

Dr. Hephner is absolutely fantastic. She is a wonderful listener who truly takes her time with patients and never makes you feel rushed. She asks thoughtful questions, explains things clearly, and makes sure you feel heard and understood. It's rare to find a general practitioner who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate, but Dr. Hephner embodies both. Highly recommend.

She was so welcoming, sweet, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and offer her expertise. Our 2 year old really felt comforted by her and didn't even cry! I also loved that she took time to check my husband too, who was also sick.

She is compassionate, makes sure I have a say in my plan of care, and is extremely thorough with my appointments. I was really pleased with her care from day 1, but more so when she got me through a bad case of Covid in 2020. She left no stone unturned to make sure I got the very best care. Dr. Hephner is awesome. I have been her patient for 13 yrs or so. Originally I lived close to her practice. I have since moved a distance away but I continue to travel to see her and hope to be able to continue to do so for many more years. She is an asset to the practice. She is thorough.
