Jake's fantastic. He clearly cares deeply about understanding the needs and goals of his patients and invests in their health and wellbeing for the long-term. Jake also knows how to communicate as he connects what's important in the medical context with why it's important to me and my future. 10/10, most personalized and competent care I've ever received.
