0.0 star_border star_border star_border star_border star_borderI tried to leave the Survey but it won't allow me unless I complete all questions. My ratings, therefore, will continue to respond to the April 7, 2022 "Check-Out" experience described above not to the specific questions asked. Therefore, all ratings will be "Not At All Likely". 5.0 star star star star starAt first visit Dr Russell was familiar with my medical history - obviously had spent time reviewing my records, asked incisive questions, explained/discussed potential plans of action, welcomed my input, discussed medicines (pros and cons) and did not rush. I left feeling very comfortable with her expertise and demeanor.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Russell, was very attentive and had discussed the preliminary finding of my initial examination prior to seeing and examining me herself. She concluded that the initial Exam and examination were in sync with the findings and advised me on things I could do to continue exercise, maintaining good health and what the self test would do to help her do a full evaluation of my lungs and heart condition. She also, inquired whether or not I had my flu shot, which I had already and offered suggestions on getting the Covid-19 virus prevention shot.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
