5.0 star star star star starDoctor Beal was incredibly attentive. I can't remember ever having a medical provider that spent up pretty lengthy time asking questions and hearing my concerns. I loved feeling seen and heard me.

4.0 star star star star star_borderHe only yawned once during our visit and seemed very engaged in our conversation. He offered some good advice too. I think I just need to get more comfortable with his style and mannerisms. I've only seen him twice now.

5.0 star star star star starAs stated above, Dr Beal very professional and thorough in his meeting with me as a new patient. I am also from his home state and very familiar with his Medical School and Education program . I felt very comfortable with our discussions of my health history and Dr Beal's observations & plan of action before my next appointment in 6 months. Amanda was very professional also and had all pre & post completed with me for a smooth process with courtesy & compassion. Great Team.

5.0 star star star star starWhile doing my physical he asked me if I had any questions. Other than a lab question I said no. He then proceeded to ask me more questions about my health and upcoming procedure and I felt very comfortable and well informed after my visit. I like his style.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
