5.0 star star star star starHe's a very good doctor since I met February 9 2024. He's patient, kind and knows his stuff, when it comes to ones heart and overall well being. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. His team of staff are great people too especially nurse Melissa. I'm very thankful for the cardiology department at Northwestern and all the wonderful services they have provided for me.

5.0 star star star star starThe doctor made me feel comfortable and did a thorough examination and then talked with me about everything he found and wanted to make sure I understood. He is conferring with another doctor, which I really like because no one person knows everything and the more teamwork there is the better off the patient.

5.0 star star star star starHe cares about his patients and he has his assistant Adel follow up with labs. Which is important. Keep up the quality and excellent work. Lake Forest has always been known for good quality service with excellent Doctors, and Dr. Bazavan has shown this outstanding quality.

5.0 star star star star starI feel very fortunate to obtain the services of Dr Bazavan. He is one of the most thorough and genuinely kind specialists I have ever come in contact with. I have been a dentist over 35 years and I correspond with many in my field and the practice of medicine. He made me feel as if I was a member of his family with genuine concern for my well being. I feel very lucky. Thank you Dr Bazavan.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
