He was really fully into my issue, explained some of the complexity in understanding the tachycardia. He made immediate arrangements for a monotor and a 24 hour bp monitor and set up prescriptions for tests. Mainly, though, he was respectful and attentive to my questions.

Excellent physician. Explains everything. Spends time with me, does not appear rushed. Listens to what I report. It's evident to me that he reviews my chart before coming in the room. Takes detailed notes. Does thorough exam. Most doctors barely listen to the lungs and only the upper lobes and only on inspiration. He listens to all of the lobes during inspiration and expiration. I feel like I am in very good hands with him.

Dr. Bazavan has been my cardiologist for several years treating an aneurysm of my ascending aorta. He has changed my meds to lower my blood pressure and has me continuously to have scans to monitor my aneurysm. Dr. Bazavan is excellent listener and communicator. He responds clearly to questions. I trust him to give me the best care possible. I wish I didn't have to make compromising choices in life: In this case, I have a chronic dry cough that may be associated with the losartan Dr. Bazavan proscribes for me. He sees losartan doing a good job for me. Therefore, although Dr. Bazavan has offered me alternatives, I choose to live with my cough,. Because he is a good doctor and popular, he is very hard to get in to see. I plan ahead for him.
