Sara Rudolph is the reason is very professional and very knowledgeable. This is not the first place we went for our hearing. We had gone elsewhere originally. Ms. Rudolph is the reason we came to Northwestern for a hearing aide. She also impressed us at the appointment to discuss hearing aides. She is polite, professional, knows her business, does not pressure and answered every question we asked giving us all the information we needed to make a good decision.
