Dr Ritter has exceptional bedside manner. She was fantastic with my 13 mo old. She explained everything in detail and gave rationales to what she was doing. She thoroughly examined my daughter and explained her assessments. I am very satisfied with the care Dr Ritter provided for my daughter.

She didn't act like I was an inconvenience and was willing to spend time. She also reflected on my visit and determined that due to my previous stay the rx she sent in she wanted to change to something stronger just to make sure I wouldn't land back in the hospital. Dr Ritter listened, checked the issue herself, then recommended treatment. She went through my chart and saw this was a recurrent issue. She gave me very good information on treatment and recovery, as well as what to do if this recurs again. She was very friendly and helpful.

The immediate care doctor was thoroughly focused on diagnosing the reason for the pain and inability to walk on my right foot. She was kind, thorough, patient and compassionate. Her detailed explanation of what she was looking for, her conclusion and diagnosis was easy to understand, therefore calmed me down and made me less anxious
