5.0 star star star star starMy experience with Dr. Ritter has been the most positive of any urgent care/general Doctor visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Ritter was very thorough with everything while maintaining a sense of relatability. This should be a standard all doctors follow.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Ritter is fantastic. She is kind hearted and caring. She has great bedside manner. So compassionate and caring! This is probably the second encounter I’ve had were she provided care to me and each time she made me feel at ease and taken care of. She is a great representative of antibiotic stewardship took the time to educate me on what does and does not need antibiotics. It reassured me as a nurse that she was providing this same education to someone without clinical knowledge. 10/10 for Dr. Ritter!

5.0 star star star star starMy sister, an 11 year old, felt heard and comforted by Dr. Ritter because she said it was the first time a healthcare provider spoke to and involved her in the conversation. Dr. Ritter was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and caring. She created a safe environment for my sister, and was very thorough with the treatment plan.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
